The double storey unit has Panoramablick aufs Meer of Table Mountain, the city, Robben Island and Table View. It has direct access onto an endless stretch of white sandy beach.
Vor Ihrer Haustür können sie am Strand spazieren gehen oder Surfen, Wind- und Kitesurfen are very popular sporting activities. Furthermore a 18 hole golf course is within walking distance.
The house has two bedrooms, 2 Badezimmer,, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche and a living area upstairs with a sleeper couch. It has its own private path to the beach and a private Swimming Pool.. Safe parking is available right in front of the house.
The house is situated only minutes from Cape Town CBD, the V&A Waterfront and Canal Walk shopping centres.
