The Island House is located on Woodbridge Island, only 8 km away from Cape Town’s city center and just a few meters away from the stunning Milnerton beach.

The House is set directly on the long beach in a quiet and safe housing area.

It consists of a big living room, a fully equipped kitchen as well as two  bedrooms. The bedrooms have a single or double bed and a view to the sea and the nice garden. Furthermore it is possible to accommodate another 1 – 2 people in a separate are in the living room.

There is also a small garden, a garage and parking behind the house.

The house is fully equipped for self catering and can accommodate 4-5 people.

The long white sandy beach is just a few meters away and offers an amazing view over Cape Town city bowl, Table Mountain, Robben Island and the Atlantic Ocean. It is a perfect spot for water sports, like wind surfing, kite surfing, surfing or SUP or a romantic walk with a view over one of the most beautiful sunsets of Cape Town.

Three community pools, some restaurants and a 18 hole golf links are situated in walking distance and the Cape Town city center as wells as the V&A Waterfront and the Canal Walk Shopping Center are just 8 km away and can be reached within a 10 minutes’ drive.
