On your doorstep are beautiful coastal walks along exquisite beaches with surfing, wind- and kite surfing are very popular sporting activities. Furthermore a 18 hole golf course is within walking distance.
The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living area upstairs with a sleeper couch. It has its own private path to the beach and a private swimming pool. Safe parking is available right in front of the house.
The house is situated only minutes from Cape Town CBD, the V&A Waterfront and Canal Walk shopping centres.
